1. Why is it assumed that the sin for which the punishments of the last פרשה will be applied to is specifically עבודה זרה ? 2. 30:4 What is the meaning of the phrase מקצה השמים? Surely מקצה הארץ would fit better? 3. 30:11-14 there seems to be a lot of repetition of essentially the same thing. Why? 4. 30:16 and 30:20 seem to be saying the same thing. What is the difference?

1. How does the לוי have cause to be happy with ביכורים? 2. When was the תורה meant to be written on the stones? 27:3 implies before moving them to הר גריזים והר עיבל, but 27:8 implies afterwards 3. In all other cases where the לויים are separated out from the rest of the nation, מנשה ואפרים replace יוסף. Why not with the ceremony on הר גריזים ועיבל? 4. Why are the punishments of bodily ailments split?

1. How do we understand the rules surrounding hanging someone sentenced to death? On the one hand we are commanded to do so, yet we are also told that it is a curse 2. Why is it only a נערה מארשה that we can assume she was coerced? Why not other cases of married women? 3. Why are the rules of יד & יתד separated from the other rules of war? 4. Why are the rules relating to eating in someone else’s field not placed with the other agricultural laws later on in the פרשה?

1. Why are the rules of the עובד עבודה זרה not written with the similar rules mentioned in פרשת ראה? 2. Why are we told explicitly that שבט לוי don’t have a land inheritance? This is clear from previous discussions of the topic 3. Why is it considered a blessing to have more ערי מקלט? Wouldn't this imply more manslaughter occurring? 4. What is the role of the כהן ולוי in the ceremony of עגלה ערופה? They seem to not actually do anything
